Dear All, welcome to the seminar!
As we have to adapt to the coronavirus situation, this year seminars will be held online via Zoom. So here are some practical information about what we expect from you:
1- The presenting group, A1 (first session: at 14:15) and B1 (second session: at 15:15) for the first day of seminar, should send me to my email: email@example.com two questions that they find interesting to discuss during the seminar. This should be sent to me two days before the seminar.
I want to ask you also to send me how are you planning on presenting? and who is presenting? only one of you in the group or all of you? I need to know this to try to prepare the session on Zoom.
2- All students are expected to read all literature assigned for the seminar session and submit 400 words document no later than 8:00 of the seminar day.
3- The main format of the seminar will be for the presenting group to have maximum 10 min for presentation, 20 min of discussion based on the two questions suggested by the presenting group, and finally 10 min of concluding remarks.
4- I will try to give feedback to the presenting group after the end of the seminar , 5 min . Therefore I will ask group B NOT to join the session before 15:05.
5- It is a good idea for the presenting groups to join the session a little bit early. Group A at 14:00 and group B at 15:05.
6- As of all online sessions, technical difficulties might happen. However, we will try to solve it. Keep an eye on your email or the Bulletin board (anslagstavla) on studentportalen in case we had to change the zoom link.
